    Många har säkert hört att man ska vänta med att ge socker och godis till sitt barn så länge som möjligt, men varför ska man det egentligen?

    I den här videon har vi med oss barndietisten och kokboksförfattaren Sara Ask. Enligt Sara föds barn med en förkärlek till socker, och om barnet får bestämma själv väljer de flesta sött över salt. Just därför är det viktigt att skapa ett sunt förhållningssätt till socker och ”onyttigheter”.
