    När bebis är 8 månader går utvecklingen i rasande fart! En del barn kan sitta stabilt utan stöd och då kan en lära-gå-stol bli omåttligt populär. Det gäller även leksaker som gör olika ljud, ljus eller mönster.

    Bebis utveckling vid 7 månader

    Din lilla blir troligtvis mer och mer rörlig nu och det går i snabb takt. Många barn i den här åldern har även börjat krypa och du kan märka om hen försöker ta sig framåt genom att hen sparkar mer symmetriskt när hen ligger på mage på golvet. Om du vill utmana din bebis kan du lägga en leksak som lockbete lite längre fram för att motivera till att försöka nå leksaken, och se om din lilla börjar försöka ta sig fram.

    När din bebis blir mer stabil i kroppen kan det vara spännande att prova på att gunga för första gången. Prova att hålla upp din lilla i en stående position, så märker du om hen försöker “hoppa” genom att studsa med benen upp och ner.

    Första tänderna 

    Kanske har din bebis redan fått sina första små sylvassa tänder, eller så är de på gång? De första tänderna kommer vanligen i underkäken, ofta två stycken framtänder, och det kan börja titta fram när bebis är runt 7 månader.

    Du kan märka att tänderna är på gång om bebisen dreglar mer än vanligt, stoppar saker i munnen och tuggar intensivt. Det är inte heller ovanligt att barn blir lite mer gnälliga och inte har samma ro att äta och sova när tänderna är på gång. En del får även feber eller blir lösa i magen vid tandsprickning.  

    Du kan hjälpa bebisen med smärtan genom att ge saker som hen kan tugga på, det brukar kännas skönt mot tandköttet. Det får gärna vara saker som är lite kalla (till exempel bitringar som kan läggas i kyl/frys) eller som har lite struktur och kliar skönt där tänderna växer fram. Att massera tandköttet med ditt finger brukar också fungera bra för att lindra, var bara noga med att tvätta händerna innan.

    När tanden väl kommit upp brukar eventuella symtom lägga sig och nu är det dags för ett nytt kapitel: att borsta tänderna! Använd en tandborste som är anpassad för bebisar och använd så lite tandkräm som ditt barns lillfingernagel.
