    Tänk att din bebis har funnits lika länge som hen låg i magen! Tiden flyger verkligen fram med barn och nu när din bebis är 9 månader händer det en hel del i utveckling. Matresan går framåt, såväl som den motoriska utvecklingen och språkutvecklingen. Har du stannat upp och funderat över allt nytt som din lilla lär sig hela tiden? 

    Utveckling när bebis är 9 månader

    I den här åldern försöker en del barn flytta sig från liggande till sittande, åla sig framåt, ställa sig upp själv eller mot möbler och går kanske med stapplande ben längs med dem. Om du märker att din lilla är på gång med något av detta kan du prova att locka till att våga ta nästa steg, för det kan vara lite läskigt till en början. 

    Att utforska olika miljöer är väldigt spännande just nu, så låt gärna din lilla känna på olika material både inom- och utomhus. Om du har en liten som börjat stå med stöd brukar det vara populärt att hålla en förälder i handen medan världen och kroppens funktioner utforskas. För de barn som börjar stå nu så öppnas en helt ny värld – det är otroligt spännande att se världen från en ny vinkel än från golvet där världen hittills har upptäckts ifrån!

    Första orden 

    Nu kanske du börjar höra något som kan liknas vid ord som “mamma” eller “pappa”? Samtidigt som många barn i den här åldern börjar känna igen ord som “nej”! Då kan det vara extra kul att läsa böcker med mycket bilder, gärna med olika djur eller föremål. Under läsningen brukar det vara uppskattat hos den lilla om du som läser betonar ljudet mycket! Att läsa bok främjar språkutvecklingen och kan vara en mysig stund tillsammans mellan lek och bus. 

    Pincettgreppet

    Tidigare har ditt barn greppat saker med hela handen, vilket gjort det svårt att ta tag i små föremål eller undersöka saker riktigt nära. Vid den här åldern utvecklas pincettgreppet, som innebär att barnet nu kan greppa mindre saker mellan tumme och pekfinger. Pincettgreppet kan bland annat hjälpa till med att plocka mindre matbitar till munnen.

    Barnmat när bebis är 9 månader

    När det kommer till mat så börjar det bli dags att erbjuda mat som din bebis kan tugga lite mer på eller bita i. Som förälder kan det här kännas lite läskigt till en början, men försök att slappna av – det viktigaste är att ni tar det i en takt som känns bekväm för just er. Det ska vara roligt att lära sig äta mat!

    Låt gärna din lilla testa att äta själv med händerna eller med en sked. Det här kommer att bli kladdigt, men det är en del av hela upplevelsen när barn börjar upptäcka mat, så försök att inte torka så mycket som du egentligen skulle vilja. Att det blir kladdigt främjar både matlust och utveckling! Nu kan det också vara roligt att dricka ur en pipmugg och hålla i den helt själv.
