    Many people have probably heard that you should wait as long as possible before giving your child sugar and sweets, but why should you?

    In this video, we're joined by pediatric dietitian and cookbook author Sara Ask. According to Sara, children are born with a love of sugar, and if left to their own devices, most will choose sweet over salty. That's why it's important to create a healthy approach to sugar and "unhealthy" foods.
