    Att bära ditt barn i en bärsele är inte bara praktiskt, utan också en fantastisk möjlighet för att skapa ett nära band mellan dig och din lilla bebis. Här är en guide till hur du bäst använder en bärsele för både dig och ditt barn.

    Välj rätt bärsele

    Innan du börjar, se till att du har en bärsele som passar både dig och din bebis. Det finns olika typer av bärselar med olika bärsätt, så hitta den som passar dig bäst. Det gör du enklast genom att läsa på om de olika bärselarnas ergonomi, stil och komfort för att sedan kunna avgöra vad du tror passar er bäst.

    Tips! Se till att bärselen är justerbar för att säkerställa maximal komfort oavsett bebisens storlek.

    Anpassa bärselen för barnets ålder

    Varje bärsele har olika inställningar beroende på barnets ålder och storlek. För nyfödda bör man se till att huvudet stöds ordentligt, medan äldre barn behöver möjligheten att ha benen hängande eller sittande, beroende på modellen.

    En behaglig upplevelse för båda

    Se till att barnets rygg och nacke får bra stöd. Placera bärselen så att barnets vikt fördelas jämnt över din kropp, så kan du undvika överbelastning av rygg och axlar.

    Sitter selen rätt?

    Under tiden du använder bärselen bör du se till att den sitter säkert och korrekt. Kontrollera remmar och spännen för att undvika oväntade händelser och använd alltid din bärsele enligt tillverkarens anvisningar.

    Flexibilitet!

    Många modeller av bärselear tillåter olika bärpositioner, som framåtvänd eller bakåtvänd. Se till att variera olika bärpositioner för att undvika överbelastning på en specifik del av din kropp, och för att möta barnets behov i olika åldrar. Om du bär ditt barn på samma sätt flera timmar per dygn finns det en risk för att du överbelastar en del av kroppen, vilket kommer ge besvär. Variera ditt bärande!

    Stärk din kropp för att orka

    Det tar mycket fysisk kraft att bära och jobbigare blir det ju äldre bebisen blir. Om du har möjlighet är det bra att stärka kroppen med lättare träningspass regelbundet, så att du orkar bära. Du kommer nämligen göra det en lång tid framöver!

    Att bära ditt barn i en bärsele är en mysig och nära upplevelse som gynnar både dig och din bebis. Många barn trivs i bärselen och kan tillbringa många timmar hud mot hud. Se därför till att investera i en ergonomisk bärsele för både dig och ditt barn! Och kom ihåg att tänka på *hur* du bär, samt att du stärker upp din kropp på rätt sätt så att du orkar i takt med att din bebis växer.
