In this course, Jennie Liljefors will guide you through different breathing techniques that you can use during the different phases of labor. In the course, Jennie goes step by step through relaxation and conscious breathing, deep breathing, intermediate breathing, light breathing and breathing techniques to use during the pushing phase.
The course is divided into 6 sections, and it is important to start with section 1 and take you through one at a time for full understanding.
