    Vad är ett digitalt möte med barnmorska?

    Ett digitalt möte är ett personligt samtal via video med en legitimerad barnmorska. Du bokar tiden via Femcares app eller webb, loggar in med BankID och har mötet i Femcare-appen.

    Det fungerar precis som ett vanligt möte, skillnaden är att du slipper resa och kan sitta där du känner dig som mest bekväm.

    När kan ett digitalt möte vara bra?

    Det finns egentligen inget “rätt” tillfälle. Graviditeten rör sig hela tiden, och med den kommer nya tankar, frågor och känslor. Ibland tidigt, ibland mitt i, ibland när du trodde att du redan hade koll.

    Ett digitalt möte kan vara precis det där mellanrummet när du inte vill vänta till nästa kontroll, men ändå vill få prata med någon som kan lugna, förklara eller hjälpa dig att sortera.

    Du behöver inte samla på dig frågor eller vänta tills något känns stort nog. Ibland räcker det med ett samtal för att känna sig trygg igen. 

    Digitala möten är även toppen vid sjukdom eller besvär som gör det svårt för dig att transportera dig, som kraftigt illamående eller bäckenbottensmärta. 

    Vad kan du ta upp i ett digitalt möte?

    Hos Femcare kan du få rådgivning av barnmorskan om till exempel:

    • Graviditetsbesvär som illamående, trötthet eller smärta
