    Online approach

Step 1: Apply for your pregnancy insurance

Hos Länsförsäkringar you can easily navigate between the different insurance policies under the menu called Insurance. To find pregnancy insurance, go to the category Personal insurance followed by the subcategory Pregnancy insurance.

You can then proceed to the purchase by clicking on Apply for.

Psst... The advantage of buying your insurance online on Länsförsäkringar's website is that you can do it any time of day!

Step 2: The choice between Pregnancy Free or Pregnancy Insurance (pay)

Now it's time to choose between free or paid insurance!

Pregnant for free provides cover in the event of death or accidental injury to both the child and the parents. This is a free insurance.

In addition to the protection provided by Pregnant Free Pregnancy insurance (the paid variant) also includes cover in the event of illness and a lump sum for the diagnosis of the child. For the pregnant woman, there is also cover for pregnancy and childbirth complications. It is good to know that the pregnancy insurance you pay for provides you with cover that is not available in any other insurance, neither in home insurance nor in health and accident insurance. When choosing the paid-for option, it is important to take out and pay for your insurance as early as possible in your pregnancy!
