    Desserts for children aged 8-12 months

    Vill du ha inspiration till goda desserter för barn? Dessa rätter passar lika bra till mellis, som efterrätt eller ett snack när hungern smyger sig på. Perfekt att servera barn mellan 8-12 månader.

    Först ut har vi en läcker banan- och bärpuré. Frukt och bär är ett säkert kort när det kommer till desserter för barn. Variera gärna med olika bär för att få omväxling. Är du istället sugen på att prova en intressant twist är vaniljgröt med mosade päron. Om din minsta gillar sammansättningen av de söta smakerna är detta ett måste! En annan oslagbar duo är mango och yoghurt. Passa på att njuta själv av samma rätt till mellanmål eller frukost. Sist men inte minst storfavoriten pannkakor men denna gång med en twist. I receptet används havremjöl och päron, en fantastiskt god kombination och som är lätt för ditt barn att äta på egen hand.

    Recept desserter för barn

    1. Banan- och Bärpuré

    Ingredients:
    - 1 ripe banana
    – En handfull blandade bär (exempelvis hallon, blåbär)

    Instructions:
    1. Mosa bananen och blanda med de färska bären.
    2. Mixa eller mosa till en slät puré.
    3. Servera som en läcker och näringsrik efterrätt.

    2. Vaniljgröt med Mosade Päron

    Ingredients:
    - 1 dl oatmeal
    – 2 dl vatten
    – En nypa vaniljpulver
    – 1 mogen päron, mosat

    Instructions:
    1. Koka havregrynen med vatten och vaniljpulver tills gröten fått en bra konsistens.
    2. Låt gröten svalna något och rör i det mosade päronet.
    3. Servera när det är ljummet.

    Tips! Du kan även testa att mixa havregrynen till ett mjöl, så kommer gröten bli mer lik en mannagrynsgröt i konsistensen.

    3. Yoghurt med Mosad Mango

    Ingredients:
    – 1/2 mogen mango
    – 1 dl naturell yoghurt

    Instructions:
    1. Mosa mangon väl.
    2. Blanda den mosade mangon med yoghurten.
    3. Servera i små portioner som en krämig och smakrik efterrätt!

    4. Havrepannkakor med Päronmos

    Ingredients:
    – 1 dl havremjöl
    – 1 ägg
    - 1 dl of milk
    – 1 mogen päron, mosat

    Instructions:
    1. Blanda havremjöl, ägg och mjölk till en smet.
    2. Stek små pannkakor på låg värme.
    3. Servera med päronmoset som topping
