    Wienernougat recipe by Camilla Hamid

    Enkla familjevänliga recept som man kan baka tillsammans med sina barn är någonting som vi älskar, och ett utav dessa är Camilla Hamids recept på wienernougat. På bara fyra ingredienser och minimalt med tid, så får ni ett recept som är precis lika gott för stora som små. Och det bästa av allt: en mysig och härlig stund tillsammans.

    Det är härligt att baka tillsammans med sina små – men det kan också bli ett projekt som heter duga. Det blir lite kladdigare, tar lite längre tid och blir mest troligt inte som du har tänkt dig – men oj så mysigt det är! Låt bakningen ta tid och lägg ingen vikt vid det visuella när barnen är med och bakar. Ju roligare ni har tillsammans desto bättre, och då kan man kanske inte kräva en estetiskt tilltalande wienernougat, eller hur? Men den är precis lika god för det!

    Camilla Hamid’s Wienernougat

    Ingredienser:
    125 g mandelspån
    250 g nougat
    200 g mjölkchoklad
    100 g mörk choklad

    Gör såhär:
    1. Sätt ugnen på 175 grader, med både över- och undervärme. Täck en plåt med bakplåtspapper som du sedan sprider ut mandelspånen jämt på. Rosta i ugnen 5-10 minuter tills de fått en gyllenbrun färg.
    2. Ta fram en värmetålig skål och häll ner nougat, mjölkchocklad och mörk choklad. Grovhacka chokladen innan om du inte använder knappar. Smält ihop detta över ett vattenbad.
    3. Ta bort skålen från värmen och häll ner mandelspånen och rör om tills alla mandelspån är täckta i choklad.
    4. Lägg ett bakplåtspapper på en plåt och bre ut wienernougatsmeten i formen.
    5. Ställ i kylen för att stelna minst 1 timme. Skär sedan upp i bitar och servera direkt eller förvara i lufttät burk i kylskåpet.

    Receptet ger ca 30 bitar wienernougat.
