    Genom förebyggande träning ger du din kropp möjligheten att orka ta sig igenom den stora prövningen som en graviditet och återhämtningen efter innebär. I första videon i vår serie om förebyggande träning kommer Karin Lundström att guida dig i hur du stärker din inre cylinder.

    I videon ovan får du ett guidat träningspass av Karin Lundström som under många år arbetat med pre- och postnatal träning. Karin kommer att ge dig information om vad som händer i kroppen under en graviditet samt förklara varför du bör ta hand om den på ett visst sätt. Dessutom tar hon dig igenom ett träningspass anpassat för att ta kontroll över kroppens stabilitet. Förebyggande träning är viktig eftersom de kan minska riskerna för skador under graviditeten, förlossningen och tiden efter.

    Den inre cylindern omfamnar bäckenbotten, magen, rygg och diafragman, alltså de kroppsdelar som påverkas mest under en graviditet. Den inre cylindern hjälper till att stabilisera kroppen och aktiveras genom långsam, lätt träning med låg kraft. Häng med i videon för att se hur du kan börja med din förebyggande träning!
