Baby Journey – General Terms and Conditions
Baby Journey AB, reg. no. 559214–9966, provides a modern guide for pregnant women &
parents of young children via our application and website (the "Service"). The Service is designed
to reduce loneliness during pregnancy and increase solidarity among pregnant women,
partners and parents of young children. Through our Service, we at Baby Journey AB join
the user side-by-side from the plus of the stick, to the birth and until the baby reaches the age of
two years.
1. Definitions in these terms and conditions mean:
"User", "The user": Pregnant women, Partners, Relatives and Parents with young children,
which uses Baby Journey.
"User account": The user account created when you register with Baby
Journey.
"Data": All data transferred by you to Baby Journey AB upon registration and
the use of the Service.
"Gravida": The natural person whose pregnancy is followed in Baby Journey.
"The website": https://babyjourney.se/
"Partners": The natural person who is the partner of the Pregnant Woman.
"Related parties": natural persons who follow Gravida's pregnancy through the Service.
"Baby Journey": Baby Journey AB, reg. no. 559214-9966.
"Personal data": Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural
person (hereinafter referred to as "Data Subject"). It can be, for example, for– and surname,
social security number or residential address.
"Cooperation partners": An actor with whom Baby Journey has entered into cooperation and who, in
the case in question is set out in the Service.
"Parent of small children": Individuals who monitor the development of their own or another person's child
through Baby Journey.
"The conditions": These terms of use which apply between you and us.
2. Use of Baby Journey
Use of the Service is free of charge. In order to use the Service, you must
registers you and provides certain information in accordance with instructions given
is shown at the time of registration.
3. Personal data
Baby Journey will save the user personal data for 24
months after inactivity. At 24 months, the company will communicate with
the user via e–mail. If the user has not reactivated and logged in to their account
before 1 month after 24 months, the account will be deleted.
4. Abuse
Baby Journey has the right at any time to terminate your User Account and/or block your email–
postal address. This can happen, for example, if you misuse the Service in any way. Abuse of the Service
may, for example, consist of a breach of these Terms. You are obliged to compensate Baby Journey
for any costs resulting from the abuse.
5. Changes, updates and restricted access to Baby Journey
5.1: Baby Journey reserves the right to change the visual expression at any time,
and also otherwise make updates, in the Service. Baby Journey also reserves the right to
the right to modify, suspend and/or terminate features of the Service including - but not
limited to - functionality, features and services, whether or not notice of this
happens to you or not. Any new functionality, features and/or services that
launched in the Service are subject to the Terms.
5.2: Baby Journey also reserves the right at any time, with or without
in advance, take measures affecting your access to the Service if this is necessary
taking into account, inter alia, technical, maintenance– or safety reasons. Baby
Journey shall take such action expeditiously and in a manner that causes the least
disruption to you.
5.3: Baby Journey's exercise of the above right does not entitle you to claim any
compensation.
6. Intellectual property rights
Baby Journey and/or any Collaborators receive unlimited ownership rights
and exclusive disposal rights to all materials and results, and all related
intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights andh
related rights, software and database rights, designs,
trademarks, source code, databases, inventions and patents as well as the right to
registrations or applications for registration thereof, the right to claim better right to
these, and all know–how and company-specific knowledge and information), whether
rights are registered or not. All documentation, including layout, design and
branding, editorial text and video, manuals, user guides, or othergo in writing,
electronic or non-electronic–electronic, descriptions of how Baby Journey is prepared and
used, is considered part of Baby Journey and is therefore subject to the same
restrictions. Nothing in the Conditions shall be construed as implying that any of these rightsr in whole or in part
be transferred to you.
7. Processing of Personal Data
In order to provide the Service, Baby Journey processes the User's
personal data. More information on our processing of personal data can be found in
our Privacy Policy.

8. Support, communication and contact details
All communication between Baby Journey and the User takes place electronically through e–
post, [email protected], or via Baby Journey. Examples of messages are
information about disruptions, new versions, other information about the Service and
support.
9. Force majeure
A Party is relieved of liability if a breach of the Terms is caused by events outside the Party's
control, such as lightning, fire, power failure, strike, war, mobilization or
large-scale military call-up, requisition, seizure, government regulations,
government action, new or amended legislation, labor market conflict
and equivalent circumstances.
10. Amendment of the Conditions
Baby Journey reserves the right to change or amend the Terms at any time.
Baby Journey shall decide when any such amendments and/or additions shall enter into force.
11. Dispute
11.1: Swedish law applies to the Terms.
11.2: If you think a Service with us is incorrect, you can turn to the General
Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in
the dispute resolution procedure and follows the recommendations of the ARN.
11.3: Disputes arising out of the Terms or otherwise in connection with your
use of Baby Journey, shall be decided in the general court, whereby Stockholms Tingsrätt
