Baby Journey - General terms and conditions
Baby Journey AB, reg. no. 559214-9966, offers a modern guide for pregnant women and parents of young children via our application and website (" The service "). The service is designed to reduce loneliness during pregnancy and increase togetherness between pregnant women, partners and parents of young children. Through our Service, we at Baby Journey AB walk side-by-side with the user from the plus of the needle, to the birth and until the child is two years old.
1. definitions
In these terms and conditions:
" User ", " User ": Pregnant women, partners, relatives and parents of young children using Baby Journey.
" User account ": The user account created when you register with Baby Journey.
" Data ": All data transferred by you to Baby Journey AB when you register and use the Service.
" Pregnant woman ": The natural person whose pregnancy is followed in Baby Journey.
" Website ": https://babyjourney.se/
" Partners ": The natural person who is the partner of the pregnant woman.
" Related parties persons ": natural persons who follow the pregnant woman's pregnancy through the Service.
" Baby Journey ": Baby Journey AB, company registration number 559214-9966.
" Personal data ": any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as " Registered "). This can be, for example, first and last name, social security number or residential address.
" Partners ": An actor with whom Baby Journey has entered into a partnership and who in this case appears in the Service.
” Parent of a young child ": Individuals following the development of their or someone else's child through Baby Journey.
” Terms and conditions ": These terms of use apply between you and us.
2. use of Baby Journey
Use of the Service is free of charge. To use the Service, you must register and provide certain information in accordance with the instructions provided at registration.
3. Abuse
Baby Journey always has the right to terminate your user account and/or block your e-mail address. This can happen, for example, if you abuse the Service in any way. Abuse can, for example, consist of a violation of these Terms. You are obliged to compensate Baby Journey for any costs incurred by the abuse.
4. Changes, updates and restricted access to Baby Journey
4.1 Baby Journey reserves the right to change the visual appearance of and otherwise make updates to the Service at any time. Baby Journey also reserves the right to modify, discontinue and/or terminate features of the Service, including but not limited to functionality, features and services, with or without notice to you. Any new functionality, features and/or services introduced to the Service are subject to the Terms.
4.2 Baby Journey also reserves the right to take measures affecting your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if this is necessary for, among other things, technical, maintenance or security reasons. Baby Journey shall take such measures promptly and in a manner that causes the least possible disruption to you.
4.3 Baby Journey's exercise of the above right does not entitle you to claim any compensation.
5 Intellectual property rights
Baby Journey and/or any Partners obtain unrestricted ownership and exclusive disposition rights to all materials and results and all related intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights and related rights, software and database rights, designs, trademarks, source code, databases, business plans, inventions and patents, and the right to register or apply for registration thereof, the right to assert superior rights thereto, and all know-how and proprietary knowledge and information), whether or not the rights are registered. All documentation, including layout, design and trademarks, editorial text and films, manuals, user guides or other written, electronic or non-electronic, descriptions of how Baby Journey is set up and used are considered part of Baby Journey and are therefore subject to the same restrictions. Nothing in the Terms shall be construed as conferring any of these rights in whole or in part to you.

In order to provide the Service, Baby Journey processes the User's personal data. Further information on our processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy policy .

7. support, communication and contact details
All communication between Baby Journey and the User shall be electronic via e-mail, [email protected] Examples of messages include information about disruptions, new versions, other information about the Service and support.
8. force majeure
The Party shall be relieved of liability if a breach of the Terms and Conditions is due to events beyond the Party's control, such as lightning, fire, power failure, strike, war, large-scale mobilization or military call-up, requisition, seizure, government regulation, government action, new or amended legislation, labour dispute and similar circumstances.
9. changing the terms and conditions
Baby Journey reserves the right to amend or add to the Terms at any time. Baby Journey will determine when such amendments and/or additions will take effect.
10. dispute
10.1 Swedish law applies to the Terms.
10.1 If you believe that a service from us is incorrect, you can contact the Swedish Complaints Board, Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, www.arn.se. We participate in the dispute resolution procedure and follow the recommendations of the ARN.
10.2 Disputes arising from the Terms or otherwise in connection with your use of Baby Journey shall be settled by an ordinary court of law, with the Stockholm District Court as the court of first instance.
