Vi har tagit fram en enkel checklista som du kan använda dig av för att känna dig säker på att du har koll på läget. Printscreena, spara på telefonen och bocka av allt eftersom!

    Det är mycket att tänka på när man blir förälder och det är troligtvis den största förändringen man går igenom i sitt liv. Ekonomi är ett ämne som kan kännas svårt, men som vi alla vet är väldigt viktigt. För att göra det enkelt åt er har vi därför tagit fram en checklista som du eller ni bara kan se till att bocka av under er första period som blivande och nyblivna föräldrar. När alla checkboxar är ifyllda vet du att du har stenkoll på läget.

    Skönt, nu börjar vi!

    Innan barnet är fött:

    ☐ Tecka en Pregnancy insurance hos Länsförsäkringar
    ☐ Prata om hur ni ska fördela föräldrapenningen så att det finns en tydlig plan
    ☐ Ansök om föräldrapenning hos Försäkringskassan, detta är möjligt efter att ni fått hem ert moderskapsintyg i v. 20
    ☐ Ha ett ekonomiskt samtal om hur ni fördelar utgifter och ser till att inte bara den ena betalar för blöjor etc. (Se tips för detta samtal)
    ☐ Kolla upp och ansök om föräldralön om du har en arbetsgivare som erbjuder det

    När barnet har kommit:

    ☐ Lägg till efterlevandeskydd i din pension
    ☐ Se till att båda föräldrarna klarar sig ekonomiskt om det händer den andre något. Fördlag på försäkringar som kan vara bra att ha, men här får alla föräldrar bestämma själva: Livförsäkring, Bolåneskydd, A-kassa, Inkomstförsäkring.
    ☐ Fördela barnbidrag vid behov, annars delas den automatiskt 50/50 mellan föräldrarna
    ☐ Teckna en child insurance
    ☐ Starta ett barnsparande
    ☐ Starta ett gemensamt bankkonto och koppla två kort till det för gemensamma utgifter
    ☐ Se till att det finns en buffert för oförutsedda händelser
    ☐ Fyll i föräldrapenning successivt vid behov
    ☐ Fördela VAB så lika det går efter förskolestart och anmäl VAB hos Försäkringskassan

    När ork finnes under första året med barn:

    ☐ Prata om vilka gemensamma mål och drömmar ni har och sätt av ett sparande till det
    ☐ Starta ett frihetskapital (så att du klarar dig om ni går skilda vägar)
    ☐ Skriv juridiska avtal om ni behöver det, t. ex. om ni är sambos så ärver ni inte varandra eller om ni gått in med olika stor kontantinsats i ett bostadsköp.
    ☐ Starta ett pensionssparande
