    Magic bean burger recipe

    Dessa bönburgare är gjorda av kidneybönor som bas och blir med hjälp utav en massa kryddor helt oemotståndliga. Tillbehören går givetvis att ändra efter tycke och smak men vi älskar den här kombinationen med majonäs, rödlök och allt annat gott. Med potatisklyftorna vid sidan av blir den här rätten klockren!

    Recept på bönburgare

    For 2 persons
    Tillagingstid: 50 minuter

    Ingredienser till bönburgaren:
    1 burk kidney eller svarta bönor (250 g)
    1 ägg
    1/2 dl ströbröd
    1/2 lök
    2 msk soja
    1 msk paprikapulver
    En nypa chiliflakes
    Salt och peppar efter smak

    Tillbehör:
    2 burgarbröd av valfri sort, jag föredrar briochebröd
    Innehållet i burgaren kan du välja efter smak, jag föredrar:
    Grönsallad
    Rödlök
    Mosad avokado
    Stekt ägg
    Cheddar eller annan ost
    Majonnäs
    Ketchup
    500g potatis (vanlig eller sötpotatis)

    Do this:
    1. Blanda smeten för bönburgaren i en blender eller med en stavmixer. Ställ in i frysen i 15 minuter, då är det lättare att forma biffarna.
    2. När 15 minuter har gått, ta ut smeten och forma biffar i den storlek du föredrar.
    3. Sätt ugnen på 225 grader. Gör potatisklyftor av din potatis och sätt in i ugnen med olja, salt och peppar i ca 30 minuter eller tills potatisen är klar.
    4. Stek dem i olja ungefär 5 minuter på varje sida på mellanhög temperatur.
    5. Placera din bönburgare på hamburgerbrödet och bygg sedan ihop din burgare med de tillbehör du har valt
    6. Servera med din ugnsbakade potatis/sötpotatis

    Nyttiga ingredienser för dig som är gravid:
    Kidneybönor är en ”superfood” för gravida, särskilt om du är vegetarian då det är det bästa alternativet till kött med dess höga halter av järn – som gravida ofta har för lite av! Kidneybönor har även mycket magnesium som kan hjälpa mot kramper, är fulla av antioxidanter samt antiinflammatoriska.
