    Recipe for simple banana cake

    En saftig banankaka som också är busenkel att laga låter väl inte så dumt? Den här banankakan innehåller flera bra ingredienser som både mättar och stillar sötsuget – ett bra val inte minst för dig som är gravid.

    Är det någonting som vi älskar så är det en saftig banankaka. Det är något som kan göras i många olika tappningar, men en favorit är den här varianten med kokossocker och yoghurt. Ett perfekt snabbt mellanmål, snacks eller fika som dessutom innehåller många bra ingredienser för dig som gravid! Detta recept på banankaka tar bara 30 minuter att laga, sedan behöver du bara ha lite tålamod medan den gräddas i ungen i ungefär 50 minuter.

    Recept på banankaka

    Tillagningstid: 30 minuter

    Ingredients:
    3 mogna bananer plus 1 banan till toppen
    100 g saltat smör
    150 g kokossocker/rörsocker eller vanligt socker
    200 g mjöl (glutenfritt går lika bra, men räkna med en lite mindre fluffig kaka!)
    1 dl yoghurt
    1 tsk bakpulver
    1 tsk vanilj
    Eventuellt lite kanel om man gillar
    1 ägg

    Do this:
    1. Sätt ugnen på 180 grader
    2. Smält smöret i en kastrull
    3. Lägg bananerna i en mixer. Tillsätt sedan de andra ingredienserna, förutom smöret som du tillsätter sist. Häll i smeten i en smörad form, dekorera med en banan skuren på hälften. Sätt sedan in i ugnen i 50 min.

    Hälsosamma ingredienser för dig som är gravid:
    Bananer är fulla med vitamin B som ska hjälpa mot illamående. Fibrerna i bananer hjälper till med matsmältningen, som ofta är trög under graviditeten. Bananer innehåller mycket som är bra för barnets hjärnutveckling och ger dig långvarig energi. Bananer är helt enkelt bra för mycket!
