    När din bebis är runt 6 månader börjar lekar som tittut vara populärt (om de inte redan har blivit det). Att hålla händerna framför ansiktet och börja leka tittut-leken är en perfekt undanmanöver som kan rädda upp många gnälliga stunder. Har du provat?

    Bebis utveckling vid 6 månader

    Vid 6 månaders ålder börjar en del barn uppskatta att läsa böcker och titta på bilder. Många bebisar börjar sitta bra med stöd och kan leka lite mer fritt i sittande, istället för på rygg eller mage. 

    En del bebisar tränar på hur de kan ta sig upp i krypställning och vissa försöker börja ta sig framåt. Det här kan väcka en hel del frustration hos bebisen, som troligtvis inte riktigt kan röra sig som hen vill eller har tänkt. Det i sin tur kan leda till lite extra gnäll vissa dagar, men det kommer gå över, så ha tålamod! Som alltid när det händer mycket i utvecklingen kan bebisen behöva lite extra närhet.

    Bebis järnbehov vid 6 månader

    Från 6 månader räcker det inte längre med amning eller modersmjölksersättning för att tillgodose din bebis järnbehov. Därför är det dags att börja ge kompletterande måltider som tillför järn, till exempel gröt på morgonen eller vid annat tillfälle under dagen. Om ditt barn inte äter gröt eller välling som är järnberikad är det viktigt att erbjuda annan mat som innehåller mycket järn. Exempel på detta är kött, blodpudding, bönor, linser och tofu. Det finns även en del fröer som innehåller mycket järn, bland annat pumpakärnor, sesamfrön och solroskärnor. Dessa kan du enkelt mixa till ett mjöl och tillsätta i matlagningen.

    Vad händer på BVC när bebis är 6 månader?

    Vid den här åldern är det dags att träffa en läkare på BVC igen. Under det här besöket kommer ni precis som tidigare ta längd, vikt och huvudomfång. Ni kommer också prata om ditt barns utveckling, hur ni mår och hur ni har det hemma. Läkaren kommer undersöka bebisen från topp till tå och kolla om hen följer en fallande leksak med blicken, samt byter hand på leksaken som hen har i handen. Kom ihåg att ställa frågor om du har några!
