    I den här artikeln kommer du kunna läsa om allt som rör att vara gravid i vecka 28. Här får du information om bebisens utveckling, hur mammans kropp förändras och tipsen du kan behöva på resans gång. I gravid vecka 28 är fostret lika stor som en ananas.

    Bebis: Nu väger fostret 1 kg!

    Nu är bebisen runt 39 cm lång och väger ungefär 1,1 kg! Sedan vecka 21 växer dock alla foster olika mycket, alltså kan det skilja några hundra gram på storlek och vikt från barn till barn. Tror du att du har en mindre eller större bebis i magen?

    Development

    Barnet växer snabbt just nu, men det finns fortfarande gott om utrymme att röra på sig i livmodern. Och tur är väl det, för tanken är att barnet i magen ska hinna lägga på sig minst två kilo till innan hen får möta världen! Fostret samlar på sig mer och mer underhudsfett och huden skyddas (och får näring) av ett fettlager som kallas för vernix (fosterfett).

    Vid en födsel i vecka 28 har fostrets tarmar och lungor blivit så pass utvecklade att fostret med stor sannolikhet skulle överleva. Det är däremot långt ifrån riskfritt att födas så här tidigt och barnet skulle behöva mycket vård. För varje vecka som fostret är kvar i magen hinner stor utveckling ske som ökar chanserna för att fostret ska födas friskt.

    Ungefär 5 % av alla barn föds prematura, det vill säga innan 37 fullgångna veckor. Med andra ord kommer ditt barn med allra största sannolikhet att vila lugnt (eller sparka loss!) i magen i flera veckor till innan ni ses.

    Mamma: Gravid i vecka 28

    Hur mår du? Ta ett par minuter och känn in om du behöver något speciellt idag. En graviditet är en stor hormonell och kroppslig påfrestning där det viktigaste är att du lyssnar på vad du behöver och tar hand om dig själv.

    Huden under graviditeten

    Din hud är kroppens största organ som kan påverkas mycket av en graviditet och det ökade påslaget av hormoner. Det är inte ovanligt att få bristningar (strior) på mage, lår och rumpa under graviditeten. Det är inte heller ovanligt om huden börjar klia, vilket beror på att huden tänjs men även att huden ofta blir torrare.

    Att huden blir torrare än vanligt är typiskt under graviditeten. Om du upplever detta är det bra att smörja in huden med olja eller en fet kroppskräm. Det kan vara mysigt att fokusera på barnet när du smörjer in din mage, för nu är det ju faktiskt inte långt kvar tills ni får kramas för första gången!

    Om du har bekymmer med hud som kliar mycket under natt- eller dagtid samt om du får besvär med klåda i handflator och fotsulor (som inte lindras av en mjukgörande kräm) så kan en utredning behöva göras. Man vill nämligen ta reda på vad klådan beror på, så att den också kan behandlas. Prata med din barnmorska om du upplever besvär.
