    I den här artikeln kommer du kunna läsa om allt som rör att vara gravid i vecka 29. Här får du information om bebisens utveckling, hur mammans kropp förändras och tipsen du kan behöva på resans gång. I gravid vecka 29 är fostret lika stor som en butternutpumpa.

    Bebis: Nu börjar mjölktänderna bildas

    Fostret är ungefär 40 cm långt och väger cirka 1,2 kilo!

    Hur ligger bebisen i magen?

    Redan nu ligger många foster “rätt” inför förlossningen, det vill säga med huvudet nedåt i födelsekanalen. Det är dock fortfarande möjligt för barnet att röra på sig och lägga sig på sidan eller med stjärten nedåt. Runt vecka 37 vill man att barnet ska ha lagt sig i position med huvudet nedåt, så om barnet inte gjort det än finns det fortfarande tid kvar för barnet att lägga sig tillrätta. Så länge det finns plats för barnet att vända sig och hen gillar att ha olika positioner eller att ligga åt olika håll, så kommer barnet att göra det.

    Development

    Barnets smak- och doftsinne har utvecklats och barnet kan nu känna skillnad på olika smaker på ett mycket mer utvecklat sätt. Hjärnan är så pass utvecklad i den här veckan att den i större grad kan reglera barnets andning och kroppstemperatur. I munnen håller nu mjölktänderna på att bildas. Ögonbryn och fransar har vuxit fram på barnet, som varvar mellan att ha ögonen öppna och stängda. Kikar man med ultraljud ser det dock oftast ut att ha ögonen stängda! Kanske för att det inte finns så mycket att titta på?

    Mamma: Gravid i vecka 29

    Du är nu inne i tredje och sista (!) trimestern. BF närmar sig med stormsteg!

    Din livmoder börjar bli så pass stor att den kan påverka hur kroppen känns och dess rörelser. Många gravida kan uppleva att livmodern ger ett obehagligt tryck upp mot revbenen och lungorna. Då kan du prova att ändra position från sittande till stående, sätta dig på huk med knäna vinklade utåt eller stå på alla fyra, så avlastas revbenen från trycket en stund.

    Rörelse i tredje trimestern

    Det kan kännas tungt i den tredje trimestern, vi vet. Om du har ork så är det bra att försöka hålla dig aktiv eftersom det kan påverka ditt psykiska mående till det bättre. Undvik dock hård träning om du inte är van – din kropp kommer att säga ifrån om den anser att det blir för tungt!

    Dina magmuskler på sidan av magen är inte tätt intill varandra längre, därför kan sådant som du tidigare orkat göra med hjälp av kraft från magmusklerna vara svårt att hitta styrkan till. När du till exempel sätter dig upp från liggande är det bra att ta stöd av en arm. Vänd dig gärna till sidan innan du sätter dig upp för att få bättre kraft och avlasta kroppen.

    Både den övre och nedre delen av magen tippar allt mer framåt, så om du redan utför någon form av rörlighetsträning är det bra att behålla den! Och kom ihåg att justera hållningen efter att du har suttit eller stått en stund, så förebygger du smärta i kroppen.
