    10 fun baby shower games

Baby showers are a very special moment for the mother-to-be. To make the event even more memorable and fun, it's always good to have some games planned. Here are the best tips for those who want to take on the role of game leader!

A baby shower is a chance for the mom or parents-to-be and their loved ones to celebrate and show their love for the long-awaited baby who will soon see the light of day for the first time. Here are 10 entertaining baby shower games to keep guests engaged and create great memories:

    1. Baby Memory Lane: Ask each guest to bring a baby picture of themselves. Hang the pictures up and let everyone guess who is who. This is an entertaining and nostalgic activity that also gives guests a chance to get to know each other better.
    2. Baby Shower Bingo: Create bingo cards with different baby-related words or gifts that guests can expect to see during the gift opening. For each word or gift mentioned, mark on the card. The first person to get a line wins a small prize.
    3. Let the baby laugh: Do any of you have children? Collect some clips of your babies laughing. Then play the audio and guess which laugh belongs to which baby. This is a fun and cute way to test EVERYONE's ability to recognize their child's laughter.
    4. Name: Are the parents having trouble agreeing on a name for the child? Let the guests be the brainstormers for name suggestions. Print out sheets of paper listing all the letters of the alphabet, so that everyone can make a suggestion starting with each letter.
    5. Mom-quiz: What do you know about the mother-to-be? Create a fun, but short, quiz. Let the guests answer the questions about the mom. Then let the mom to be act as the facet. Someone will definitely think that the facts are wrong.
    6. Spit out the pacifier: Remember the classic game "spit the frog"? It can be played just as well with candy canes. Buy a bag and see which of your guests can spit the candy bar the furthest!
    7. Changing a diaper: Bring a doll. Let the mother-to-be change the baby's diaper while blindfolded. For extra excitement, fill the diaper with something that needs to be wiped up.
    8. Quiz about children: In which month are most babies born in Sweden? Can newborn babies cry tears? How many diapers does an infant use on average per year? Organize a quiz with fun, tricky questions - with amazing answers!
    9. Guess who is hiding in the belly: Have all the guests answer questions such as what day the baby will arrive, height, weight. If you want to imagine what the baby will look like, you can add questions about the color of the baby's eyes, or if there is any characteristic of the parents that you think it will inherit.
    10. Create a memorable painting: Give each guest a white onesie or a white baby blanket and let them paint or decorate it with textile pens. This will be a memorable keepsake for the expectant parent and a unique way to show the guests' creativity.

With these fun and interactive baby shower games, the event will be both memorable and entertaining for everyone involved. And finally, don't forget to take lots of photos to capture the moment!
