    Recipe for toffee with salt

    Om man tycker om att göra eget godis så är gräddkola ett givet alternativ oavsett säsong. Det här är ett klassisk recept på kola med en hint vanilj och havssalt, och det är helt oemotståndligt både för barn och vuxna. 

    Gräddkola går att variera med smaksättning i all oändlighet men en utav våra favoriter är Camilla Hamids variant med vanilj och havssalt. En söt kola där sältan blir pricken över i:et! Det här gräddkola receptet tar ungefär en halvtimme att göra och är väldigt enkelt. Rör ihop ingredienserna, koka upp till rätt temperatur, häll och och voila! Kolan behöver stelna en stund i kylen innan den skärs upp i bitar för att lindas in i smörpapper. Förutom att de blir otroligt goda så är det här en klockren liten present att ge bort till både stora och små.

    Gräddkola med havssalt

    Receptet ger ca 30 stycken gräddkola.

    Ingredients:
    100 g smör
    3 dl vispgrädde
    2 dl strösocker
    1 dl ljus sirap
    1 msk vaniljsocker
    2 krm salt
    Flingsalt att garnera med

    Do this:
    1. Börja med att ta fram ett bakplåtspapper och placera det på en plåt.
    2. Ta sedan fram en tjockbottnad kastrull och ha ner smör, vispgrädde, strösocker, ljus sirap och vaniljsocker i.
    3. Låt det smälta ihop och koka upp utan lock tills det att kolan når 124-125 grader. Rör inte om för mycket för att inte kolan ska kristallisera sig. Det räcker med ett par gånger.
    4. Ta bort bort kastrullen från värmen och tillsätt sedan saltet och rör om.
    5. Ta kastrullen och häll ner smeten i formen. Låt kolan stelna i kylskåpet en stund innan du skär upp den i bitar. Slå sedan in i smörpapper. Det går också toppen att klippa upp bakplåtspapper och linda in i det!
