    I den här artikeln kommer du kunna läsa om allt som rör att vara gravid i vecka 20. Här får du information om bebisens utveckling, hur mammans kropp förändras och tipsen du kan behöva på resans gång. I gravid vecka 20 är fostret lika stor som en brocooli.

    Bebis: Nu väger fostret 300 gram

    Fostret, som är cirka 24 cm långt och väger nästan 350 gram får ett allt mer barnlikt utseende för varje vecka som går. Armarna och benen är nu i rätt proportioner till varandra jämfört med resten av kroppen!

    Development

    Nervsystemet och nerverna blir allt mer utvecklade för varje vecka och fostret kan nu göra vissa medvetna rörelser och inte bara reflexmässiga. Det är väldigt individuellt hur och när du känner fosterrörelser, eller inser att det är fosterrörelser du har känt en tid.

    Fosterfettet som barnet har över kroppen har en antibakteriell effekt som skyddar den omogna huden. Det är en av anledningarna till att man inte tvättar barnet de första dagarna efter födseln utan väntar ett par dagar: för att låta fosterfettet agera som en skyddande salva på barnet!

    Mamma: Gravid i vecka 20

    När den här veckan är avklarad är du halvvägs, hurra!

    Under de kommande veckorna kommer din mage börja växa i snabbare takt och nu är det möjligt att känna din livmoder med handen om du trycker försiktigt under naveln.

    Fostrets tillväxt och din kropp

    Sedan ett par veckor tillbaka har fostret börjat öka i vikt med ungefär 50 gram i veckan, och mot slutet av den andra trimestern kommer fostret att öka i vikt med nästan 100 gram per vecka!

    Det här innebär att du och din mage kan börja växa i snabbare takt nu, vilket även kan innebära ytterligare belastning för din kropp och framför allt din rygg. Försök att tänka på din hållning under dagarna och att svanka så lite som möjligt – det kommer att minska eventuell smärta. Byt position ofta och försök att stretcha ut kroppen en liten stund varje dag.

    Sätesmuskulaturen och träning

    Under graviditeten blir sätesmuskulaturen mindre aktiv, något som påverkar din hållning och kan orsaka rygg- och bäckensmärtor. Därför är det bra att lägga lite extra kärlek på baksidan av kroppen om du orkar träna.

    Är du van att löpträna eller styrketräna sedan innan kan det vara bra att anpassa träningen nu, till exempel genom att övergå till löpträning i lugnare intervallform eller minska på vikternas tyngd. Att anpassa träningen och addera rörlighetsövningar eller övningar för din hållning är toppen både psykiskt och fysiskt.

    Var uppmärksam på tyngdkänsla i underlivet eller urinläckage när du rör på dig, då en tyngdkänsla eller ett läckage signalerar att du behöver vara extra rädd och varsam om din bäckenbotten. Gör isåfall förändringar i din träning och anpassa så att alla övningar känns bra i din kropp. Det viktigaste när det kommer till träning under graviditeten är att lyssna på kroppen – det är därför du tränar under din graviditet – för att kroppen ska må bra och orka ta sig igenom den här stora påfrestningen.
