    Desserts for children aged 8-12 months

    Looking for inspiration for tasty desserts for kids? These dishes are equally suitable for snacking, as a dessert or a snack when hunger strikes. Perfect to serve to children between 8-12 months.

    First up, we have a delicious banana and berry puree. Fruit and berries are a safe bet when it comes to desserts for children. Feel free to vary with different berries for a change. If you want to try an interesting twist, try vanilla porridge with mashed pears. If your little one likes the combination of the sweet flavors, this is a must! Another unbeatable duo is mango and yogurt. Enjoy the same dish yourself for a snack or breakfast. Last but not least, the all-time favorite pancakes but this time with a twist. The recipe uses oatmeal and pears, a delicious combination that is easy for your child to eat on their own.

    Recipes desserts for children

    1. Banana and berry puree

    Ingredients:
    - 1 ripe banana
    - A handful of mixed berries (e.g. raspberries, blueberries)

    Instructions:
    1. Mash the banana and mix with the fresh berries.
    2. Blend or mash to a smooth puree.
    3. Serve as a delicious and nutritious dessert.

    2. Vanilla porridge with mashed pears

    Ingredients:
    - 1 dl oatmeal
    - 2 dl of water
    - A pinch of vanilla powder
    - 1 ripe pear, mashed

    Instructions:
    1. Cook the oatmeal with the water and vanilla powder until the porridge has a good consistency.
    2. Allow the porridge to cool slightly and stir in the mashed pear.
    3. serve when lukewarm.

    Tip. You can also try mixing the oats into a flour, which will make the porridge more similar to a mannagryn porridge in texture.

    3. Yogurt with mashed mango

    Ingredients:
    - 1/2 ripe mango
    - 1 dl natural yogurt

    Instructions:
    1. Mash the mango well.
    2. Mix the mashed mango with the yogurt.
    3. Serve in small portions as a creamy and tasty dessert!

    4. Oat pancakes with pear puree

    Ingredients:
    - 1 dl oatmeal
    - 1 egg
    - 1 dl of milk
    - 1 ripe pear, mashed

    Instructions:
    1. Mix the oatmeal, eggs and milk into a batter.
    2. Fry small pancakes over low heat.
    3. Serve with the pear puree as a topping
